The responsibility of the Rules Committee is to analyze the Constitution of the Undergraduate Council. It is comprised of between seven and nine members of the Council, including delegates from each of the five standing committees, the UC Parliamentarian, and at-large delegates. Constitutional and procedural questions are referred to the Rules Committee, and at the end of the year, the Committee produces a revised Constitution, incorporating all changes made during the year.
